Made with premium organic Macabeo grapes, from a top class team in the heart of Spain. This sparkling non-vintage white leads with aromas of white blossom & Asian pear. Bright citrus and fresh Fuji apple follow, with white peach & honeydew melon, with some subtle savoury character on the finish. Light body, balanced, with confident consistency.
