Gnista - Red, Italian Style

Italian batch #7 has no other wish than to offer tannins, cherries, liquorice and a woody spiciness. Doesn’t taste like a wine, but will replace a medium-bodied red one. We drink Italian with pizza, carpaccio, and tomato based pastas. Or on its own! Serve slightly chilled at around 12 degrees C.
